If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a written quotation, which forms part of our contract with you once accepted.
2.1 Service Standards
We are committed to providing high-quality services in accordance with industry standards. All work will be carried out:
- By qualified professionals
- Using appropriate materials and equipment
- In accordance with applicable building regulations and standards
- With reasonable care and skill
2.2 Service Schedule
We will make every effort to perform services at the agreed-upon time. However, all time frames are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, availability of materials, or unforeseen issues discovered during the work.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Before commencing any work, we will provide you with a written quotation detailing the scope of work, materials to be used, and the total cost.
3.1 Validity
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3.2 Acceptance
You can accept a quote by signing it or confirming acceptance in writing (including email). Once accepted, the quote becomes a binding contract.
3.3 Variations
If during the course of the work, we discover issues that were not apparent during the initial assessment, or if you request changes to the scope of work, we will provide you with a revised quote. Any additional work will only proceed upon your written acceptance of the revised quote.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Deposits
For projects valued over £2,000, we require a deposit of 30% of the total project cost before work commences. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to order materials.
4.2 Interim Payments
For larger projects lasting more than one week, we may request interim payments. These will be outlined in your quote.
4.3 Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. Payment is expected within 7 days of the invoice date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
4.4 Payment Methods
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cheque. Cash payments are accepted up to £1,000.
4.5 Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate per annum, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received.
5. Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible:
- Cancellation with more than 7 days' notice: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation with 3-7 days' notice: 25% of the quoted price
- Cancellation with less than 3 days' notice: 50% of the quoted price
If materials have already been ordered for your project, you will be charged for these materials regardless of the notice period given.
5.2 Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. You may reschedule your service once without penalty provided you give at least 3 days' notice. Subsequent rescheduling or rescheduling with less notice may incur a fee of £100.
5.3 Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:
- Adverse weather conditions that would make the work unsafe or impractical
- Unavailability of essential materials or equipment
- Illness or injury of key personnel
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, we will make every effort to provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Workmanship Guarantee
We provide a 10-year workmanship guarantee on all roof installations and a 5-year guarantee on roof repairs. This guarantee covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover:

We will be liable for:
- Damage to your property caused directly by our negligence

9. Intellectual Property
We may take photographs of our work on your property for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. By accepting these Terms, you grant us permission to use such photographs in our marketing materials, including on our website and social media, provided that no personally identifying information is included.
If you do not wish us to use photographs of your property, please notify us in writing before work commences.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct discussion, we agree to attempt to resolve it through mediation before resorting to legal action. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of England and Wales, and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Modification of Terms
